Jean-Luc Mulyanga Lupinda est né le 05 août 1996 à Likasi, dans une des villes de la province du Haut-Katanga, en République démocratique du Congo. Diplômé en techniques commerciale et informatique au collège du Sacré-Coeur/Likasi, après un test national en 2013. Diplômé en philosophie au Grand Séminaire interdiocésain saint Paul de Lubumbashi en 2017. Actuellement, étudiant finaliste en Théologie, au sein du même Grand Séminaire. Il est un des chercheurs titulaires au Centre de recherches Transdisciplinaires Ishango Institute de Lubumbashi. Il oriente ses diverses recherches dans les sciences humaines (Philosophie, Théologie, Écologie, Anthropologie, Sociologie, ...).
