I combine extensive Board-level, strategic and capital and revenue project experience in the cultural sector and public service with deep and wide knowledge of climate change and carbon management. I am now using my creative thinking, administrative and financial skills to lead Creative Carbon Scotland and run Scottish and international carbon management, adaptation and strategic climate projects with cultural and climate change partners. My doctoral research applied complexity theory to practice theory to understand how to bring about change in social practices by influencing complex social systems. Specialties: Carbon management, climate change adaptation and climate strategy. Systems change and complexity. Capital projects; project management; change. Theatre directing and dramaturgy.
